Good Friday April 18, 2025

• 12noon - 3.00pm: Entrant Registration – Cockburn Bowling & Recreational Centre (BARC) – 40 Birchley Road (Cnr Beeliar Drive), Yangebup
• 6.00pm: Official Welcome Dinner & welcome address (Fish & Chips Night) – BARC Function Centre
  7.00pm: Dinner served
  10.30pm: Close

 

Easter Saturday April 19, 2025

• 8.00am: Assemble in the BARC main carpark. Vehicles sorted into Stock, sports and modified classes.
  8.30am: First group leaves for Visko Park, Yangebup (350 metres from car park)
  9.30am – 3.00pm: Official Show & Shine public access event – Visko Park
• 6.00pm: Official Dinner & Dance night (1960’s theme) – BARC Function Centre
  7.00pm: Dinner served
  8.30pm: 1960’s theme Rock n Roll Dance Party
  11.00pm: Close

 

Easter Sunday April 20, 2025

• 9.00am: Assemble Woodman Point Boat Ramp car park.
  9.15am: Depart BARC on Nationals Super Cruise to Serpentine
  12 noon: Lunch served at Serpentine  followed by sports events
  3.00pm: Cruise/sports concluded
• 6.00pm: Presentation Dinner at BARC Function Centre
  6.30pm: Dinner served followed by trophy presentations
  11.00pm: Close
