An email has gone out to all entrants with instructions regarding our Fuel Economy Trial which we would really appreciate those driving their FE or FC to Broken Hill to participate in. The details are available here, as is the form for logging fuel usage.

An email has gone out to all entrants with some instructions regarding registration and changes to our planned trip to Silverton on Easter Monday. Please check your junk folder if you haven't received it. It's also available here.

 

25 February 2023

An email went out to all entrants today, seeking to clarify sizes for shirts for female participants. A change in supplier means where the form asked for sizes S, M, L, XL etc, we now need to order Size 8, 10, 12 and so on. Please check your junk folder if you haven't see it.

Entries have now closed, thank you to all our participants. We have over 90 entrants, which is a fantastic result. We look forward to seeing you all at Broken Hill soon.

Happy New Year! You can cross one of your resolutions off the list right now, by getting your entry in for the 19th FE-FC Holden Nationals in Broken Hill.

Entries close 31 January, and there are two forms available, depending on your payment method. See our Entry Form page.

If you have any special requirements beyond what the entry form allows for (such as needing to enter more than one vehicle, or more people than the form allows, or more variations of merchandise orders than it permits), please contact us and we will provide some alternate solutions.

32 Entries received already, and almost all of them paid. We appreciate that it's right on Christmas, so this is an excellent start, and we really appreciate your support.

If it's more than a couple of days since you submitted your entry and you haven't received a receipt from FEFCNATS noting your entrant number, please double-check that your direct deposit has gone through successfully.

Credit card transactions are taking about 48 hours to hit our bank account.

Our good friends at the Broken Hill Council have very helpfully compiled this list of all the currently available accommodation in the town, as of today. The back page shows the prices for the Palace Hotel mentioned on page 1. This is of course the iconic venue from Priscilla, Queen of the Desert. As you can see from the document, there is accommodation available to suit every taste and budget. But don't delay, secure your bed now.

We are hearing that despite being told otherwise, Broken Hill Tourist Park are not taking bookings for next year. So our advice at this stage is don't even bother ringing that venue, there are lots of other options.

With the recent announcement that filming of Mad Max Furiosa will go ahead in Broken Hill in 2022, we are urging all participants to book their accommodation for the event as soon as possible, to avoid disappointment.
